ABOUT MOHSINA
Meet Mohsina
Mohsina is a Behaviour Support Practitioner with a background in psychology and public health research. Before behaviour support, she spent more than a decade in research and teaching at Monash University. She supports children, adolescents and adults with disability, using person-centred, evidence-informed and trauma-aware practice.
She works alongside people, their families and support teams to understand what sits behind behaviour, then builds practical strategies that strengthen emotional regulation, communication and independence.
Known for her calm, nurturing presence, Mohsina builds trust quickly and works comfortably with culturally diverse families. She believes meaningful support starts with connection and clear, respectful communication.
