Our fees
Outcomes Lab charges in line with the NDIS Pricing Arrangements and Price Limits. Our fees come out of your NDIS plan's Capacity Building budget, never go above the NDIS price limit, and have no gap fees on top.
What does each service cost?
Prices are set as hourly rates, but we only charge for the time we actually spend, so part of an hour is charged as part of an hour. These are the national NDIS price limits for 2026-27. Your service agreement confirms the exact rates before anything starts.

What does the hourly rate cover?
The same hourly rate applies to time with you and the work behind the scenes, charged for the time used. Travel is charged at half the rate. You see every line on your invoice.
Face-to-face and telehealth
Sessions with you, your family or your support team, at home, in the community or online.
Work behind the scenes
Writing plans and reports, scoring assessments, preparing training and talking with the wider team. Charged at the same hourly rate.
Travel
Charged at half the hourly rate ($126.50 an hour), within NDIS limits, which differ in regional and remote areas. We agree this with you before we start.
Reports the NDIA asks for
Charged at the hourly rate, only when the NDIA requests one.
Questions about fees
Do you charge more than the NDIS price limit?
No. Our fees sit within the NDIS Pricing Arrangements and Price Limits, and we don't add gap fees, booking fees or card surcharges.
Is the consultation free?
Yes. The consultation is free and isn't charged to your NDIS plan. It's a chat about what's happening and whether we're the right fit.
What happens if I need to cancel?
Please let us know as early as you can. If a session is cancelled at short notice (less than two clear business days before), we may charge for it, in line with the NDIS Pricing Arrangements. Your service agreement sets out the details.
How do I know how many hours I will need?
It depends on your needs, your goals and the service. We talk it through with you first, and your service agreement sets out the expected hours before anything starts, so there are no surprises.
Is pricing different in Port Lincoln or regional areas?
It can be. Services in regional and remote areas, including Port Lincoln and the Eyre Peninsula, may be priced differently, in line with the NDIS Pricing Arrangements. We confirm the rate with you before starting.
Which plans do you work with?
We're a registered NDIS provider and work with agency-managed and plan-managed plans.
