Do I need a referral?

No, you don't need a referral. You can refer yourself, or a support coordinator, plan manager, school or health professional can refer for you.

Can I ask for a particular practitioner?

Yes, you can ask for someone by name. We match on your needs, where you live and who has capacity. If someone else would suit better, we'll explain why.

Who reviews referrals at Outcomes Lab?

Referrals go through our director-led intake. It's led by our founder and clinical director, a Clinical Neuropsychologist and Specialist Behaviour Support Practitioner who also supervises the clinical team.
