Our Intake Commitment.
Our Clinical Intake Team, led by our Director (Clinical Neuropsychologist & Advanced Behaviour Support Practitioner), reviews every submission for clinical fit and capacity.
We are selective. If we lack the specific clinical depth or capacity to drive an outcome, we decline the referral. We would rather you find the right support elsewhere than waste time and funding with us. Clinical integrity comes before volume.
