Call or email our team, or book a free consultation. You don't need a referral for that.

QUESTIONS

Questions about referring

Do I need a referral?

No. You can refer yourself, or a support coordinator, plan manager, school or health professional can refer for you.

Can I ask for a particular practitioner?

Yes, you can ask for someone by name, and we'll do our best to arrange it. If they aren't available, or aren't the right match for what you need, we'll talk through other options with you.

Who reviews referrals at Outcomes Lab?

Referrals go through our director-led intake. It's led by our founder and clinical director, a Clinical Neuropsychologist and Specialist Behaviour Support Practitioner who also supervises the clinical team.
