ABOUT LAELA
Meet Laela
Laela is a Positive Behaviour Support Practitioner who brings a warm, person-centred approach to her work with people who have complex support needs, including autistic people and people with intellectual or psychosocial disability.
With a background in psychosocial recovery coaching and healthcare management, she focuses on understanding what drives behaviour, building practical skills and reducing restrictive practices. She's now completing a Master of Applied Behaviour Analysis with a focus on neuroaffirming practice.
Laela speaks Dari, Hazaraghi and Farsi, so families can talk through what's happening in their own language and take a full part in planning support.
