ABOUT BEN
Meet Ben
Ben is a Clinical Neuropsychologist who helps people and the teams around them understand how conditions affecting the brain can influence thinking, concentration, learning, memory, language and everyday functioning.
A Melbourne local, Ben spent several years working in Sydney's public health system before returning home in 2024. He has worked in hospital, community, rehabilitation and forensic settings, and continues to work part time in public health. He has particular expertise in mental illness and neurological conditions.
Ben believes that understanding the person is just as important as understanding the conditions they live with. He takes the time to get to know the people he works with, their experiences, strengths and goals, ensuring that assessments and recommendations are tailored to their circumstances.
Neuropsychological assessments can take time and can sometimes feel daunting. Ben takes a friendly, down-to-earth approach, ensuring people feel as relaxed and comfortable as possible, from the first appointment through to feedback.
