ABOUT JULIAN
Meet Julian
Julian founded Outcomes Lab and leads its clinical team. He has worked in mental health for more than 15 years, close to a decade of it in the NDIS, with people who have complex support needs.
His neuropsychology training shapes how he does behaviour support. Once you understand how someone's brain processes, remembers, regulates and communicates, you can build support around what's actually happening for them, at their pace.
He works alongside families, support coordinators and care teams, and he leads and mentors the clinical team himself.
