We review every referral to make sure we actually have the right skills for your participant.
We know your reputation is on the line
When you recommend a provider, you need to know they will show up, follow through, and deliver a high standard of care.
At Outcomes Lab, we prioritize quality and consistency. Many providers operate on a volume-driven model, accepting referrals to fill slots rather than ensuring clinical fit. We don't. We build partnerships by adhering to four core principles:
Realistic Expectations
We are honest about what can be achieved within the available funding and timeframe. We focus on delivering tangible outcomes rather than promising results that cannot be supported by the budget.

We Will Say "No"
If we aren't the right fit, we decline the referral immediately. We would rather lose the revenue than fail the participant. We respect your time, and the people we support, too much to deliver a subpar service.
We Verify Fit
We match the clinician to the person, rather than just the calendar. We ensure the participant’s clinical needs align with the specific skill set of the available practitioner to ensure a productive therapeutic relationship.
Responsible Hiring & Supervision
We select our team carefully, looking for the right clinical mindset and integrity. Every clinician receives ongoing, structured supervision and mentoring. When you refer to us, you get a practitioner backed by a senior clinical team.
Service Area
Mobile Services (Currently South & South-East Melbourne). We know your participants often cannot travel, so we come to them. We are currently concentrated in the South and South-Eastern suburbs. We are actively growing our team to expand our reach across Melbourne, so please check with us regarding availability in other areas.
We see the participant in their environment, whether that is home, school, or a day program, to ensure our strategies work in the real world.
