Yes. Our team is founded and led by a Clinical Neuropsychologist and includes practitioners experienced with Autism, Intellectual Disability, Acquired Brain Injuries, Trauma, and Mental Health. We review every request as a team to ensure we have the specific clinical skills to help.

What if my loved one doesn't connect with the therapist?

We stand by our matching process, but we understand human connection varies. If the fit isn't right, we will work with you to find a solution to ensure you feel supported. We prioritise outcome over everything else.

Will you come to our home?

Yes. We are a mobile service across Melbourne. We come to your home, school, or community setting. We believe in working in the environment where the challenges happen.

We charge the standard limit listed in the NDIS Pricing Arrangements (currently $232.99 per hour for Psychology and PBS). We bill strictly in line with the NDIS Pricing Arrangements. There are zero gap fees for families.

Do you take every referral?

No. We verify clinical fit first. If our service isn't the appropriate clinical pathway for your specific question, we will decline the referral upfront to avoid wasting your time and funding.
